Fall 2024 visit to Kampala

For two weeks in September, James Anderson was able to visit Kampala and help with the Peter’s Heart staff as they focused on administrative systems, year-end reports to the Ugandan Government and planning for the next enrollment of new children. Presently we have 58 children in Christian schools from the slums. Being with the PH staff was a “delight” James says. Being with transformed children in the program from the slums creates overflowing joy and thankfulness. Serving mothers we hope to help come out of 'selling their bodies for food' is one of the many challenges we face.

Pictures tell the ongoing story. The first picture is the outstanding Peter's Heart Staff that we have the privilege to work with. Picture 2 shows children receiving the “mission dolls” sent over by a group of women from Chester, VA and the last 2 pictures are some of first enrollees, growing up with joy!
