Christ Care Class Day 2019
Christ Care Junior School Class Day was March 30, 2019
We went to the school to meet individual teachers for our children to know. We learned of the children’s academic performance, their points of strength, weakness, how we as parents can work with the teachers to help them perform better, and how they are coping with the new school.
The majority of the parents/guardians all came and visited their children. They were happy and thankful for the support and loved the school.
Most of the children are looking healthy. We thank God that none of the children have had malaria so far, though there have been three cases of sickness that have been handled. Thank you so much for the love you give to the children.
The general academic performance was not good; almost all the teachers say “children have a challenge with reading and comprehending what they have read”. Thank you Martha and Ward for seeing from afar; the books you bought them are going to be of great benefit for them during this school holiday.
Our Education Committee is meeting this Saturday to see how school holidays can be utilized to help children academically, especially reading.
Lord Jesus Christ bless you all,
Seruwu Geoffrey
